parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their officers
and employees.
BY ACCESSING, USING, OR DOWNLOADING MATERIALS FROM THIS SITE, YOU
AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
(“TERMS”), JUST AS IF YOU HAD SIGNED THESE TERMS IN A PAPER
CONTRACT. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS

The information on this Site is provided without charge as a
convenience to visitors, to be used only for informational purposes.
While we have tried to provide accurate and timely information,
there may be inadvertent technical or factual inaccuracies and
typographical errors, for which we apologize. We reserve the right

PRICES
PAYMENTS

A
$200 USD per person shall be settled as non refundable deposit
at the time of booking for packages with amount lower than 1000
USD per person.

A
$500 USD per person for the package with amount exceeding 1000
USD per person, non- refundable deposit is due at the time of
booking. Due to certain golf course scheduling, we may
substitute an equivalent course if your first choice is not
available.

The
Balance in full is due 45 days prior to departure.

Payments
can be made by VISA / MASTERCARD/CASH in USD or EURO
-
All
charges by credit card will appear under our corporate name

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

In
the event that a golf course is closed due to adverse weather,
the green fee will be refunded within 4 to 6 weeks.

We
reserve the right to adjust any price due to unexpected currency
fluctuations or additional taxes.

No
refunds or credits will be allowed for any unused tour services.

Cancellations.

+ 30 - 14 days - 50% of cost
+ Inside 14 days - 100% of cost
TRAVEL
INSURANCE

VietnamGolfClubs.Com
highly recommend that all travelers should take out personal
travel insurance to cover loss, damage or theft of luggage,
personal injury, illness or accident. VietnamGolfClubs.Com is
not liable for any of the above.
CHANGES
-
Once
an itinerary has been confirmed, any changes requested will be
subject to additional charges. All golf tours/packages will be
re-priced at the time the changes are made, which may result
in a price different from the original price quoted. Changes
less than 45 days prior to travel, cannot be made without the
approval of the VietnamGolfClubs.Com
GREEN
FEE AND CADDIES
HOTELS
NOT
INCLUDED

Telephone
calls, meals (unless specified), drinks, golf carts, balls or
any other item not listed on the itinerary.
RESPONSIBILITY
-
This
agency is acting as a mere agent for [SUPPLIERS] in selling
travel and golf related services, such as air, ground
transportation, hotel accommodations and golf courses. This
agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of
contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions
on part of such suppliers, that result in loss, damage, delay,
or injury to you or your travel companions or group members.
We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any described
program. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility
for, and hereby releases the agent from any duty of, checking
and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or
other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety
or security conditions, at such destinations, during the
length of the proposed travel
